Try our Stand Up Paddle Yoga or SUP Paddle & Breathe Classes!

For SUP Yoga, enjoy the benefits of yoga joined with Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP). Learn proper SUP techniques, then head out for a paddle and yoga class on the calm water. SUP Yoga brings a deeper focus on your yoga practice and is very meditative. Engage muscles not normally felt in studio yoga,surrounded by the beauty of nature. You will be guided through each pose step by step to safely move through the postures. For our SUP Paddle & Breathe class, learn basic SUP technique as you paddle across the water engaging muscles and enjoying your surrounding. We end with arelaxing 15 minute guided meditation.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

Comfortable quick drying athletic clothes such as yoga pants and tank. Stretchy shorts over a well fitting bathing suit work, too. Please wear any clothing that you will allow you to participate in yoga postures.
